For food lovers

How it works

Order real food from real people in your neighbourhood — home cooks, home bakers and small caterers who cook to order.

Four steps to dinner

01

Find a kitchen near you

Search by cuisine, suburb or the kind of food you are craving. Every kitchen has its own storefront with photos, dishes, prices and reviews from real customers.

02

Build your order

Add dishes to your cart, choose any options or add-ons, and check the allergen information on each dish before you order.

03

Pick a date and how to receive it

Each kitchen publishes the dates it cooks, its pickup locations and whether it delivers. Choose what suits you, then pay online.

04

Follow your order

Your kitchen accepts, prepares and finishes your order. You can watch the status change and get a receipt by email.

Pickup

Collect your food directly from the kitchen or a pickup point the kitchen publishes — often a home address, a community hall or a weekend market stall. The exact address, instructions and time window appear on your order once it is accepted.

Delivery

Kitchens that deliver set their own delivery radius, fees and minimum order values, and show them clearly before you pay. Enter your address at checkout to see whether delivery is available to you.

Payment, made clear

Pay by card online

Most kitchens accept secure card payment at checkout, so your order is confirmed instantly.

Bank transfer where offered

Some kitchens prefer a bank transfer. You will see the details and a deadline to complete payment.

Receipts in your inbox

Every paid order gets an emailed receipt, and your order page always shows the latest status.
